Having successfully delivered their previous head office in 2008, we were initially asked by our friends at Opet International to assess a number of potential spaces for suitability. We surveyed 4 possible locations, provided test fit plans and an overview of condition and suitability before they decided on a floor of the beautiful Empress Building in London’s Mayfair. Originally purpose built in 1887 for the exclusive women-only Empress club and recently refurbished by the landlord to a very high standard retaining many of the period features. Complimenting the classic style of the landlords work we created a new boardroom, executive office suite, luxurious WC area and reception. High end joinery was combined with soft acoustic wall and ceiling coverings, period style parquet flooring and industrial style Crittall glazing to create a comfortable and welcoming corporate space for this dynamic team.
