The Bluum Group were asked by our friends at Open Contracts Ltd to provide a full project management and cost control role on this 7,000 sq ft cat b design and build project in partnership with architects Buckley Grey Yeoman. 

Open Contracts had recently completed the cat a fit out of the building and required Dan’s expertise in co-ordinating the architects design with specialist contractors to ensure a smooth running, on budget project which has been delivered to an exceptional standard to create a stunning show floor.
