Working with the world’s largest residential real estate services companies meant understanding how global operations translate into local workspace needs. Their UK headquarters within The Lantern’s BREEAM Excellent environment required space serving both their Chestertons estate agency brand and broader Emeria operations.
We created a reception that welcomes without overwhelming, a double-height boardroom that commands attention whilst maintaining intimacy, and open-plan areas where privacy solutions feel integral. Hot-desking and informal seating anticipate the fluid nature of modern teams – space that adapts effortlessly as they grow.
