Red Brick Road

Red Brick Road needed a new headquarters: one that could genuinely house a creative agency, not just accommodate one. Relocating to King’s Cross, they needed a space built for the way their team actually works: collaborative, fast-moving, and driven by ideas.

Spread across three floors, we designed and delivered a dedicated creative studio at the centre of the fit-out, alongside a client-facing boardroom, open-plan advertising and collaborative workspaces, and fully reconfigured services and finishes throughout. Sustainability was not an afterthought. The client’s commitment to responsible design shaped every decision, with existing furniture and features deliberately retained and reused wherever possible. This is an approach that aligns closely with how Bluum works: thoughtfully, and with purpose.

The result is a new HQ that is alive with creative energy: a space that reflects who Redbrick Road are, supports how they work, and was delivered within a tight programme without compromise.
