Demystifying the Journey
There’s jargon in this world – Cat A, Cat B, Cat A+. Here’s the reality:
- Cat A: The blank canvas – A basic, functional space provided by the landlord, ready for tenants to customize.
- Cat A+/Plug and Play: A hybrid between Cat A and Cat B, usually provided by the landlord offering a ready-to-use space with essential furniture and fittings
- Cat B: A complete, move-in-ready office where your brand and culture come to life – meeting rooms, creative hubs, all the details that matter.
